# Westwood Fitness

> Westwood Fitness is a 25,000 sq ft fitness and recovery facility at 6801 Ridgmar Meadow Rd in west Fort Worth, Texas. It combines a 24/7 open gym, a CrossFit affiliate, an on-site sauna and cold plunge studio, personal training, childcare and coworking under one roof. Members have 24-hour access via the Westwood app. Memberships start at $99/month with no contract, and day passes are available without a membership.

Westwood Fitness is not a CrossFit-only gym. CrossFit Westwood, established 2018, operates inside the facility as one of four independent offerings. The other three — the 24/7 open gym, the Climate Change sauna and cold plunge studio, and personal training — can each be used without taking a class.

- [24/7 Open Gym](https://www.westwood-fitness.com/open-gym): 8,000+ sq ft of strength and bodybuilding equipment — Atlantis Strength plate-loaded machines, cable and pulley stations, dumbbells, benches, squat racks and platforms. Plus 4,000 sq ft of functional space with a Rogue rig wall, sleds and prowlers, Concept2 ski ergs and rowers, and turf. Open-gym-only membership is $99/month; no class attendance required.

Six private sauna suites, a community sauna, four individual cold plunges and a community plunge. Available to Westwood members on the Unlimited tier, as a $50/month add-on to lower tiers, or independently through Climate Change Studio without a gym membership.

## Events

- [HYROX Simulation](https://www.westwood-fitness.com/hyrox): Full-distance HYROX race simulation on Saturday, September 5, run jointly with FTX Hybrid Athletics. Every station in the official order, on official HYROX sleds and 80 yards of turf. Morning session 6–10am, night session 6–10pm, heats of 8.
